A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

Hop around holding one foot in front
Hop around holding one foot in back

FOCUS:
Kid President – strict pull up or prowler push

GET READY:
10 Cossacks
1:00 – Achilles stretch
10 Cossacks
1:00 each side – hamstring on a box

CONDITIONING:
Tabata (8 rounds, 20/10 work-rest intervals)
Hillbilly prowler push (small plyo-box or tire)
Knees-to-elbows on floor

GAME:
Pillow case races – Add objects to hop over or circle to increase difficulty.
