FOCUS:
Hollow holds on floor – practice ribs down and spine smash; apply on bar for toes-to-bar

GET READY:
1:00 – bridging
1:00 –  bottom of the squat

CONDITIONING:
3 x 1:00 rounds
Hollow rocks
Blocked squat w/3-count pause at bottom
Grasshoppers

GAME:
Teams kick to a bullseye wall target for points. Kids hold planks while waiting their turn.
