A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
Plank games –
Thumb wrestle
Shake hands
Cross-hand clap/same-side clap
Spin 360 race

FOCUS:
Box squat – review choosing the right height; no higher than crease at back of knee

Kids cue trainer doing box squat

GET READY:
1:00 – shoulder circles
1:00 – triceps against wall
Review arm/shoulder position for push-up – elbows close to torso, fingers straight ahead

CONDITIONING:
2-3  rounds
1:00 – close or diamond push-ups
1:00 – box squat
1:00 – incline push-ups (hands on box)

GAME:
Dodgeball – throw with non-dominant hand
