WARM-UP:
5:00
Max Stack w/floppies – Alternate leaping over stack with 12 floppies

FOCUS:
Superman hollow flips on floor – Transfer to pull-up bars

Get Ready:
1:00 each side – triangle stretch against the wall
1:00 each side – piriformis stretch on the ground

CONDITIONING:
15-12-9-6
Kettlebell deadlifts, 8kg-12 kg
Parallel bar or regular pull-ups

GAME:
Skipping Rocks
