A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

Switch – while carrying a small medicine ball, 4#-6#. Note: use exercises where carrying the ball is safe, eg, skipping, marching, side shuffling, hopping, lunging

FOCUS:
Special Forces pull-ups – practice in sets of 2, followed by 2 grasshoppers

GET READY:
1:00 – wounded eagle
1:00 each side – wrist stretches
1:00 – downward dog

CONDITIONING:
8 rounds
30-second hillbilly prowler push
30-second 10-15# plate carry
Note: if your plyo-boxes do not have bottoms, plates can be dropped in between rounds

GAME:
Have kids remove shoes. For 1:00, play Tag while holding right foot with left hand. For 1:00,
play standard Tag. For 1:00, ply Tag while holding left foot with right hand. Repeat.
