A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

Circle run
Circle run with medicine ball, 4#-6#
March with knee tap to medicine ball held in front and to the side; use opposite knee

FOCUS:
Thruster – define as squat and press. Demo and discuss squat plus a press; do slow count thrusters.

GET READY:
1:00 each side – couch stretch against the wall
1:00 each side – standing quad stretch
Note: cue organized hip; don’t allow over extension to nullify the stretch

CONDITIONING:
Medicine ball races

Hide and Sneak
