A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
Low lunge races with pumpkins held overhead

FOCUS:
Press against wall – Use lacrosse ball at thoracic spine between athlete and wall where needed to maintain safe back position.

GET READY:
1:00 – down dog
1:00 – trunk twists

CONDITIONING/GAME:
Ninja course
AMRAP in 8:00
Balance beam traverse
Jump and land two feet on each target
Forward roll down wedge mat
One burpee and jump over 12″ hurdle at bottom
Crawl under benches
Carry pumpkin around designated short course and return to bucket
Repeat
