A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
Walking front squat races with elbows up
Races

FOCUS:
Jump rope – How to choose correct rope length. Stand tall, feet together, elbows close.

GET READY:
1:00 each side – calf stretch against wall
1:00 each side – Achilles stretch

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP (as much good movement as possible) in 8:00
25 single-unders or 15 double-unders
12 box jumps or step-ups, 10”-24″
12 box squats (calves against the box throughout the movement)

GAME:
5:00
Pumpkin rolling races – In teams of two, Partner A rolls pumpkin 3-5 meters in one direction to Partner B who does 1 burpee. Partner B rolls pumpkin back and Partner A does 2 burpees, etc.
