WARM-UP:
3:00-5:00
1 pull-up or progression
10 burpees

FOCUS:
Picking stuff up safely – Angry Gorilla position; focus on flat back, big chest

GET READY:
1:00 each side – piriformis stretch
1:00 – wounded eagle

CONDITIONING:
2 x AMGMAP in 3:00, 1:00 rest in between
3 kettlebell deadlifts, 4kg-12kg
3 pull-ups or progressions
10 push-ups

GAME:
Medicine ball shuttle relays
