WARM-UP:
25 PVC twists
Circle run w/squat thrusts on trainer calls for them

FOCUS:
1:00 – hollow holds on floor
1:00 – knees-to-elbows on floor
1:00 – toes-to-bar on p-bars

GET READY:
1:00 – bridging
1:00 – bottom of the squat

CONDITIONING:
3 x 1:00 rounds
Hollow rocks
Blocked squat w/3-count pause at bottom
Grasshoppers

GAME:
Tarzan w/10 hollow holds as buy in – Kids must swing on a rope over a “chasm” or “lava pool” to the safety of a crash mat or similar soft landing site.
