WARM-UP:

Handstand walk or bear crawl => 10 jumping jacks => 10 squats => 30 seconds in bottom of the squat => 2 broad jumps => precision jump => 2 vertical jumps => pigeon stretch => 100-meter run

SKILL:
Energy systems – short lecture

CONDITIONING:
6 rounds
30 seconds – Assault bike
2 hillbilly prowler passes

SKILL:
3 medicine ball throws for height
5 bandy wood choppers
1:00-2:00 – plank (scaled for ability)

MOBILITY:
Couch stretch
Pigeon stretch
