1:00 – frog stretch facing down

5 blocked squats
5 box step-ups
5 kettlebell deadlift, 4kg-12kg
Pizza Delivery – Provide each kid an AbMat or similar object to balance overhead in a waiter’s carry as if holding a pizza. On “Go,” the kids must try to knock the other kids’ pizzas out of their hands without losing their own pizzas. Last kid standing with his or her pizza wins the round.
* Kids go to sidelines and do 3 medicine ball cleans (4#-6#) when pizza is knocked down.
