A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

With a partner, alternate
5-meter medicine ball roll to partner, 4#-6#
Face away from partner and roll through legs

FOCUS:
Ring pull-ups – work on keeping elbows down and close to torso for stability on rings

GET READY:
1:00 each side – biceps against wall
1:00 each side – piriformis stretch

CONDITIONING:
6-8 rounds
2 ring pull-ups
10 mountain climbers
10 blocked squats

GAME:
Fred Flintstone Car Races – Use AbMats as “ribs.” All players remove shoes. Play is in socks or bare feet. Using hula hoops with player inside holding hoop horizontally with arms straight, race to bucket and pick up ribs. Next player returns ribs to bucket. Ribs may be carried on head or held under chin.
