WARM-UP:

10 jumping jacks
5 floppies

FOCUS:
Simon Says – 2 jumping jacks and 2 one-legged hops

GET READY:
1:00 each side – leg hugs (lay on your back, bend knee, pull shin toward your body and hold)

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
50-meter run
50-meter overhead carry, AbMat or plate

GAME:
Bridge Tag – Tagged players become four-point bridges. They are released by another player passing under the bridge.
