Blocked jump – starting with feet together and knees outward, focus on upper body position as upright as possible (without folding too much). Land with feet together. Practice at wall then hop around and play a little tag.
1:00 – bottom of the squat (focus on feet flat and toes pointed ahead)
1:00 – standing knee hugs (try to balance, use wall if needed)
First Base – 10 blocked bunny hops
Second Base – 10 flutter kicks
Third Base – 10 burpees
