10 dumbbell rows each arm

MORNING TEKKER:

Overhead squat technique work, 95# or less

MORNING CONDITIONING:
Advanced
75 power snatches, 75#/55#
every break – 10 burpees

Intermediate
50 power snatches, 75#/55#
every break – 10 burpees

Beginner
25-50 power snatches, 15#-55#
every break – 5 burpees

EVENING CONDITIONING:
Teens vs adults
Medicine ball relay sprints

-then-
AMRAP in 10:00
10 power snatches
10 bar-facing burpees

MOBILITY:
3x
2:00 each side – banded lat stretch
2:00 each side – pigeon pose
