A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
Shuttle runs – pick up and return a lacrosse ball each run

FOCUS:
Press – review bar path, start and finish.
Midline – use building-structure steel vs noodle analogy. Can a helicopter land on top of the steel building? Can a helicopter land on top of the noodle building?

GET READY:
1:00 – downward dog
1:00 – bottom of the squat
1:00 – downward dog

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
5 presses, unloaded- 8# dumbbells
5 stink bugs on a box

GAME:
Overhead Walking Races – Kids must hold a dodgeball in safe overhead press position. If dodgeball deviates more than 5 degrees from true overhead, the child stops and does one squat. Trainer must watch and assign squats where needed.
