A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

Agility ball drill – hollow hold while waiting turn

FOCUS:
Push-up – fire team push-up practice

GET READY:
1:00 each side – cross-body shoulder stretch
1:00 each side – threaded shoulder stretch

CONDITIONING:
2 rounds
30 seconds – hillbilly prowler push
1:00 – broad jumps
30 seconds – hillbilly prowler push
1:00 – 1/2 overhead squat w/pause midway for toe taps
30 seconds – hillbilly prowler push
1:00 – air squats/goblet squats

GAME:
Plank wars – w/transverse emphasis – handshakes, high fives, opposing hand wrist grabs
