A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
10 pogos – progression #1  (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yqtnDW7EovU)
3:00 – thruster ball – accentuate upward movement of ball as in bar path
10 pogos – progression #1

FOCUS:
Pogos w/Kid President

GET READY:
1:00 – downward dog
1:00 – child’s pose
1:00 – downward dog

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 6:00-8:00
15 slow thrusters, unloaded-markers-8# dumbbells
15 broad jumps
1 slingshot w/dodgeball or similar soft ball using bands

GAME:
Pogo Circle – Kids are set arms-length apart in a circle with a minimum diameter of 5 meters. Each kid takes a turn on the pogo stick in the center and counts reps. Immediately following the last rep the other players do an equal number of squats. Play rotates clockwise.
