20 light dumbbell presses
20 ring rows

CONDITIONING:
Death by
1 power clean, 1 push press
(Reps increase by 1 each minute on both clean and push press)

ACCESSORY:
Advanced and Intermediate

1:00 – hollow hold

Beginner
3x-4x
0:30-1:00 – hollow hold

MOBILITY:
3x
1:00 – cobra pose
2:00 each side – pigeon pose
2:00 each side – couch stretch

      With a workout like this, we want the client to select his or her own weight. Coaches will often advise on this to ensure safe movement as reps and fatigue increase.
