Warm-Up:
3x or 5:00
5 perfect squats => 30 seconds in the bottom of the squat => handstand walk => 3 cartwheels => 10 vertical jumps => speed ladder => 100-meter run

For 25:00
Any combination of running, rowing, or skiing. No more than 5:00 at any particular exercise before switching.
